How do I confirm my reservation?

Back to FAQ List

To confirm your reservation, we will be requesting you for a 50% deposit on your total accommodation.  Although we accept credit card payments at the Resort, our banking system still cannot accept credit card payments over the internet; the best way to transact this is still via a bank to bank wire transfer to our account.  Once you are ready to confirm your reservation, we will send you a confirmation form indicating your confirmation deposit and our bank details.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Are there any ATM machines nearby?

What type of currency does the Resort accept?

Back to FAQ List

Yes, we accept VISA and MASTERCARD payments with no additional surcharges on your total bill at the Resort.

Dumaguete City, which is your port of entry to Antulang, has national and local banks with ATM machines open 24 hours a day.

We accept cash payments in Philippine pesos or U.S. dollars.

How do I arrange for my land transfers?

How far is the Resort from the Dumaguete airport / seaport?

Could you also arrange for my air transfers from Manila?

Back to FAQ List

Please furnish us your arrival schedules and we will arrange for our van to collect and bring you from the Dumaguete airport or pier to the Resort.  A one-way trip is $25.00 while roundtrip is $50.00.  This is for a minimum of 1 passenger and a maximum of 10 passengers.

The Resort is approximately 40 kilometers south of Dumaguete City—almost an hour’s ride by van.

We can also arrange for your one-way or roundtrip air transfers from Manila via Cebu Pacific Air or Air Philippines, through our Manila sales office.

How do I arrange for optional tours?

Are there places to shop?

Back to FAQ List

Please feel free to inquire and arrange for optional tours with us, preferably before your arrival date.  This is best done through email, since we want to be as detailed as possible in explaining and scheduling tours for you.

If you’re inclined to shop, Dumaguete City is home to 3 main department stores and a handful of quaint souvenir shops.  Please note though, most small shops will be closed on Sundays and holidays.  However, the Resort souvenir shop stocks up on essential beach items, swimwear, batteries, disposable cameras, film and basic personal effects.

I’m a vegetarian; could the Resort prepare a special menu for the duration of my stay?

Back to FAQ List

No problem.  For as long as you inform us ahead of time, we can whip up basic vegetarian fare, as well as serve you vegetarian versions of our local favorite dishes.

What is the voltage output at the Resort, and what type of electrical outlets are available?

Back to FAQ List

Electrical output in the Philippines is plugged at 220V.  The Resort’s rooms are equipped with electrical outlets built for 2 (twin) plugs.  If requested ahead of time, the Resort’s front desk can provide you with a universal adaptor.

Can I pursue a Scuba Diving Certification Course at the Resort?

Other than the house reefs, where else can I go diving?

Back to FAQ List

Definitely.  You can take up PADI International Diving Certification Courses as well as PADI Experience Programs with us.

As for fun dives, Apo Island comes highly recommended, as it one of the best dive sites in the world.

I can’t find my certification card (c-card), does this mean I can’t go diving?

What if I haven’t dived in a while, can I still go on adventure and fun dives?

Back to FAQ List

If you were certified with PADI, we can check your number through the internet.  Our dive instructor however, will ask to review your basic skills with you, and the final decision will be up to him.

The same goes for certified divers who haven’t dived for some time—our instructor will be reviewing your skills with you and gauge your comfort level in the water, before giving the go signal.  You could also opt to take a refresher course with us (Scuba Review).

I didn’t bring any diving equipment; can we rent this from the Resort?

What about snorkel sets and life vests?

Back to FAQ List

Yes, you can rent diving equipment (BCDs, regulators, wetsuits, fins, weights, etc) and snorkeling sets from us, but you can use our life vests for free.
